We would prefer that you send requests to us via CHOPS, the web-based Computer Helpdesk Online Processing System (http://helpdesk.chance.berkeley.edu), as that helps us in tracking your computer support request.
You can also reach us by phone for urgent matters. We are available Monday-Friday, 7:30am-noon; 1:00-4:30pm:

The Help Desk Team
One of the most important things we do in COIS is provide assistance to our end users. The COIS Help Desk is our mechanism for rendering all types of assistance to all of the users in the office of Vice Chancellor: Administration as well as California Hall and Marchant Building.
